Development and experimentation is a key focus at Playdead and between the gaps of developing projects, we also create our own work. This allows us to occasionally flex our creative muscles, push new techniques and test the boundaries of new tech and software.The nature of Beneath is to create a certain unease, while showing beauty beneath the surface. It is an abstract representation of trends, with topical undercurrents, not taking itself too seriously.
