Bonnie & Wild

Bonnie & Wild is Edinburgh’s first permanent food hall and Scotland’s largest single F&B destination. Bonnie and Wild is a showcase of Scottish produce and Scottish hospitality. 

It is home to more than a dozen independent restaurants and speciality retailers, a demonstration kitchen, private dining area and event space, alongside three bars, all with their own unique vibe. 

Bonnie & Wild has been carefully crafted by Studio Duncalf and carefully selected partners to represent modern Scottish hospitality and style. We have steered well away from pastiche and tired cliches of Scottish culture and taken time to reimagine Scotland as it really is today; vibrant, diverse and exciting. We have created an environment which is a combination of comfort and warmth with a clean, bright and fresh aesthetic.

Open since July 2021, Bonnie and Wild has become a very popular destination for high quality food and drink in Edinburgh.
