Creating a premium property brand in Edinburgh’s New Town.

We were commissioned by an experienced Edinburgh-based property development company to create the name, identity, tone of voice and website for their latest venture, a boutique firm that specialised in the conversion of historic buildings into luxury residences.

Launched by two of Edinburgh's most respected developers, Square and Crescent undertakes the sympathetic restoration of residential period properties in the capital and beyond.

Drawing on Edinburgh’s Georgian architectural history we came up with the name Square and Crescent, developing a bold geometric identity that conveyed a sense of timelessness, craftsmanship and attention to the smallest detail.

Working in collaboration with a trusted team of architects, contractors and restoration specialists, Square and Crescent treats each development as unique, creating remarkable residences that appeal to even the most discerning of buyers – something we sought to convey through our simple yet stylish website design, considered art direction, and used of premium materials for print applications and supporting merchandise.

The result is a perfectly crafted identity that is synonymous with Edinburgh’s rich heritage but also forward looking, confident and aspirational.
