Liah Moss

Reason for nomination

Liah started at Whitespace fresh out of university as a Junior Designer and over five years has I climbed the ranks to Senior Designer.   Last year she won The Nod’s Best Young Creative award and followed this with getting a place on TRC’s Special Edition Programme which seeks to help ambitious, talented women fulfill their potential and reach the top of the industry.   As well as her passion for pushing the boundaries of creativity for clients, she takes her role as a female senior in the industry very seriously. She is heavily involved in Whitespace Women – an internal initiative to encourage young women into the creative industry. She has also been working pro bono with She is Fierce magazine – a magazine giving a platform to creative women, working on the branding for the collective and signing up as a mentor as well as mentoring two young female design students at Edinburgh College to help get them ready for the industry.   Liah truly has a great future ahead of her.
