CombiniCo Cafe

Splintr created a minimal and sleek interior for CombiniCo at their new St Andrews café, giving customers in the coastal town a new environment to experience the best of Korean and Japanese tea and coffee.

With a keen eye for detail in everything they create, CombiniCo briefed our team to design an interior that embodied their brands’ core values; convenience, functionality, beauty and environmental impact. Using locally sourced timbers, compressed paper worktops and lime plaster finish we created a simple, clean and elegant space that is as beautiful as it is practical.

Situated within a 600 year old B-listed building on St Andrews Market street, the design strikes a contrast between elements of the old building fabric and the very modern interior environment. The Interior is committed to simplicity and experience, allowing the food and beverages on offer to take centre stage.
