A Glasgow-based creative studio is batting for grassroots sports by launching a silent auction of customised paddles supporting Drumchapel Table Tennis Club (DTTC).
TOPSP!N is the third iteration of Pim-Pam’s art and sport crossover series, which aims to net much-needed funds for the sport in a colourful, creative arms race.
The exhibition showcases a variety of customised table tennis paddles crafted by contributing artists, illustrators and designers, including lettering specialists Bungo Sign Co and landscape painter Robert Kelsey.

Luke McCarthy, founder and creative director at Pim-Pam, said: “TOPSP!N is more than just an exhibition — it’s a celebration of creativity, collaboration and community. By merging art with sport, we’re raising valuable funds for a club that has made a lasting impact on hundreds of lives across Glasgow and beyond.”
TOPSP!N is open to view now at Wasps Studios at South Block, Glasgow, until 27 April during office hours and between 11:00 and 15:00 on Saturdays.

The silent auction will remain live until 18 April, after which any unsold paddles will be available for open purchase, with all proceeds heading directly to DTTC.
