Chris Davey

Creative Designer & Director

Chris is a design and creative leader with over 25 years of experience. Most recently, he led a UK-wide, multi-award-winning team at Dentsu Creative UK, covering brand and digital experience, campaign and conceptual design and production. With a focus on ideas, design, and craft, Chris works at the intersection of experience design, branding, technology, and activation to create impactful and meaningful work.

A BIMA Creative Council Member and recognized as one of the UK’s most influential figures in digital and design in the BIMA 100 (2021), Chris has judged prestigious awards such as The FWA, AdForum PHNX Awards, and The Drum Cream Awards. His teams have earned accolades from D&AD, LIAs, CreativePool, The FWAs, and The Drum Roses, among others. At Whitespace (now Dentsu Creative), his leadership contributed to winning the Design Agency of the Year three times at the Scottish Design Awards.

Passionate about nurturing young talent, Chris co-founded the multi-award-winning Daydream Believers program, which brings critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity into schools across the UK. A champion of open collaboration and innovation, he embraces bold ideas—whether through cutting-edge tech or Play-Doh.

As a proud dyslexic, Chris advocates for inclusivity and believes neurodivergence fuels creativity.
