Lane and Lane Media, the dual creative and media buying agency, has been recognised for high standards in social and environmental performance, accountability and transparency – after achieving B Corp-certified status.
The award sees the integrated creative and media agency join a select list of 74 B Corp accredited organisations in Scotland, including Spey Media and ThreeSixty Architecture.
Lane chief executive Ali Findlay commented: “Achieving B Corp certification is a proud moment for our team, who have worked so hard to evolve and document all that we do and how we do it. For an agency that prides itself on increasing impact, it was all-important to reduce the environmental impact across all of our touchpoints.”
Employing a team of 46 across their Edinburgh and Glasgow offices the business achieved a combined turnover of £7.8m in 2023, spurred by new client wins such as Ping Identity, Taylors Snacks, and the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo, as well as international work.
Barry Fearn, founder & managing director at Lane Media, added: “Achieving B Corp certification is validation of our commitment to balancing profit and purpose.”
Other businesses to make the grade include branding and communications studio Ilka, marketing agency Material and brand and content agency Rationale.
