East Kilbride-based commercial interior design studio Bell & Swift is targetting further growth in the hospitality sector with the appointment of Ashley McCabe as an associate.
Working alongside directors Craig McKie and Dawn Campbell McCabe will draw on 15 years of industry experience to focus on new client projects with an emphasis on branded and boutique hotels.
Campbell commented: “We’re delighted to welcome Ashley to the Bell & Swift team at an exciting point in the business having just reached our five-year anniversary. We’re looking to build upon our continued growth in the commercial interior design space whilst ensuring our team continues to feel supported and have the opportunity to develop their skills. With her technical knowledge, project management skills and experience in the industry, she’s a great asset.”
McCabe built her career in spa and leisure design and has worked with major brands including Hilton, Marriott and Accor during her time as lead interior designer at We Are ICA.
Key projects include Lost Property (Curio Collection by Hilton) in London; refurbishment of guestrooms and public areas of the Doubletree Hilton Bath, including the formation of a ‘secret garden’ and the refurbishment of the Bristol Marriott Royal Hotel and The Marriott Hotel Regents Park.
