Summary

Pete and Duncan enlisted our help to establish a disruptive brand in the blended whisky market, celebrating the essence of blending. Their mission is to make whisky more accessible to a new generation with values such as curiosity, daring, and passion.

In contrast to the traditional approach of dictating what drinkers should expect from whisky, we embraced the concept of individual experience. Our positioning, 'Experience Whisky,' focuses on connecting with the audience in an inclusive manner.

The business name 'Woven' emerged from the core idea of blending, symbolising a way of life where elements come together to create something greater. The brand voice is distinct—straightforward, inclusive, and exciting.

Challenging norms, our bottle design deviates from expectations, featuring frosted brown apothecary-style glass that is tactile and covetable. Each blend release follows chronological order, with a minimal front label to evoke curiosity.

Blend characteristics are presented through a neck-tag swatch, and each bottle is elegantly enclosed in a minimal gift box, featuring subdued white foil and debossing details designed to evoke a sense of curiosity and expectation.
