Bayview Estate

Bayview Estate is a luxury residential development set within the most prestigious postcode in Aberdeen's West End. We were appointed by Diamond Property Developments, an award-winning bespoke luxury residential developer, to design the brand identity, collateral and website.

The estate, which includes 6 superior apartments contained within the Historic Grade C listed building sits within a 1.6acre development. It is surrounded by luscious mature trees and greenery, giving a sense of rural tranquillity within the urban west end of Aberdeen. The estate also boasts a selection of secret gardens, which the client wanted to echo within the brand.

We created a modern monogram of the letter 'B' for Bayview Estate that echoed the luxurious and historic aspect of the estate while incorporating the botanic nature of its surroundings. The type logo that supports the monogram has hints of a sans and serif cuts that alludes to the traditional and modern aspects of the development.

Given the grand and luxurious nature of the estate, the brand had to exude this from the colour palette and typography to digital design and print finishes. We created the brand identity, website, brochure and various print collateral to promote this exquisite development.
