What sets your practice/agency apart from others?

Too Gallus in its short 3 year lifespan has been globally recognised as a top 1% design agency. Our approach to work is to aim for the stars, and often we land there. We aim to inject life, soul and dynamism into every project and client that we work with. To us, there is no limits to a client or their project, irregardless of budget. In the last year we have acquired world leading clients such as Disney, Pandora and the Glenrothes thanks to our fearless and brave creative strategy. Our work often redefines the gold-standard for creative work in its industry, paving the way for the trends that will follow in its suit, be that our work with Pandora, Buttermilk or the Glenrothes. Our founder Barrington at 32 years old is recognised globally amongst peers like Simon Dixon, Brian Collins and Max Ottigon. This year he joins the Agency Hackers top 50 Growth hackers index and his authentic and fearless approach to running his industry has propelled Too Gallus to places not often reached by boutique agencies from Scotland. Additionally to this Too Gallus helps a number of initiatives and businesses to continue his work from Black Lives matter, pushing the Scottish creative industries to be a more welcoming and diverse landscape.

How do you go 'the extra mile' for clients and employees?

Our employees are everything to us. In the last 2 years I set a personal goal to ensure that all of my team could enjoy the success of Too Gallus and that they could buy their own homes - to achieve this I put in place a generous 10% profit bonus scheme at christmas, which means that in 2 years all of our staff have been able to afford a house deposit. This paired with a generous wage increase means our goal was quickly met. My clients are my life blood, I see my success mirrored in them and feel myself continually going above and beyond for them. This has manifested its self in our key clients becoming great real life friends. We will always do our best to help push our client to the next level, helping them lead the way in their field where possible. We do not view our projects or clients as transactional, we invest in our clients and in turn they invest in us so that together we can both enjoy success.
