Andrew joined Sheppard Robson in 1991 having won a major commission with the Welcome Trust. With a series of RIBA, BCO, MIX and FX award winning projects he follows a path which combines both design and delivery across a range of typologies.
His varied role balances working on major architectural projects and workplace / interior strategies with the successful running of the practice in his role as Director of Practice.
Rigorous attention to detail when providing strategic advice to developers, project managers and end users on building acquisition and due diligence, including client monitoring roles, has led to Andrew being a recognised industry leader across the basebuild and fit-out markets. His expertise has resulted in him being a guest speaker at a number of events including the UK Property Forum events in Manchester and Liverpool.
His key recent clients include Channel 4, KPMG, NSPCC and whilst he is currently representing a number of Legal and Media Companies in their building acquisition processes. Andrew is a visiting critic at MMU and heads the Professional Practice element of the MA at the Royal College of Art.
